Üçel 100% Pomegranate Sour 1000 g (PET Bottle)

Üçel 100% Pomegranate Sour (nar ekşisi) in a 1000 g PET bottle. An economical size for kitchens that use pomegranate sour often; for salads, mezes, sauces and marinades.

The 1000 g PET bottle of Üçel 100% Pomegranate Sour is an economical choice for home kitchens and large tables that use nar ekşisi often.

Use it as a dressing for gavurdağı, shepherd's and seasonal salads; in mezes such as muhammara, kısır and ezme; and in meat, chicken and vegetable marinades. Mixed with olive oil it also makes a quick salad dressing.

Its thick texture and sweet-tart aroma mean a small amount adds a distinct flavour.
